Under the special economic package, both countries have agreed on several significant initiatives, including the construction of the new Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam National Hospital, an AYUSH excellence center, a veterinary school, and a veterinary hospital, along with the provision of helicopters for Mauritius. The total estimated cost for these projects and assistance is around $215 million (approximately 9.80 billion Mauritian rupees).
