  • 2 grams of chicken (clean and pieces)
  • 2 cups of basmati rice
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • ½ cup nuts paste
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • 2 large onions (thin chopped and fried)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • १० green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp hot masala
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • Saffron milk (1 tablespoon of warm milk)
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro
  • Mint

Action

  • For this, first wash the rice and cook in half.
  • Mix the chicken, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cashew paste, cream, salt and spices for 2 hours.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken.
  • Add ghee to a large pot and apply fried onion, chicken and spices.
  • Spread half -cooked rice on it.
  • Sprinkle saffron milk, cilantro, mint and fried onion on top.
  • Cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes, cook on low heat.
