According to court documents filed by his son Nick, 35, Hogan edited his will four times, most recently in 2023. Nick became the sole heir, while Hogan’s third wife, Melanie Sky Daily, was listed as his surviving legal spouse, according to People.
In addition to an estimated $11 million in real estate likely placed in a trust, Hogan left approximately $799,000 in personal assets and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency and image rights worth around $4 million.
His wife, Daily, is reportedly considering suing the hospital, alleging that a neck surgery performed a few months before Hogan died contributed to the heart attack that claimed his life.
Nick has also filed a motion to have himself and financial advisor Terry McCoy appointed as co-managers of Hogan’s estate. He is suing Todd Clem (aka Bubba The Love Sponge), Hogan’s former friend, to prevent Clem from releasing a documentary about the 2012 sex tape scandal.

Hogan previously won a $140 million lawsuit against Gawker Media for distributing the sex tape, which was later reduced to $31 million when Gawker filed for bankruptcy.
Brooke, 37, Hogan’s eldest daughter, revealed that she removed herself from his will in 2023 to avoid being involved in a financial dispute. In an Instagram post after her father’s death, Brooke said she and her father never had a fight and they were just private phone calls that no one will ever hear, know or understand.
Brooke said she had been by her father’s side through 25 surgeries, but he no longer wanted her around. She also expressed concerns about Hogan’s relationship with Daily, particularly regarding her involvement with Scientology, a controversial cult with a branch in Florida.
She added that she cried when she texted McCoy and asked to withdraw from any inheritance as she doesn’t want to be involved if Daily is really a Scientologist.
“Money didn’t matter,” she told AND! News. “I just said, ‘Take me off everything. I don’t want to be a part of it.'”
Hogan married model Linda Claridge in 1983. This was his longest marriage, during the peak of his WWE and Hollywood career. The couple had two children together: Brooke (born in 1988) and Nick (born in 1990). Their marriage ended when Claridge filed for divorce in 2007, accusing Hogan of infidelity.
In 2010, Hogan married Jennifer McDaniel, nearly 20 years his junior. The pair led a private life and rarely appeared in the media together. Their marriage lasted about 11 years before ending quietly in 2021.
By mid-2022, Hogan was publicly dating Daily, a yoga teacher, and they held a private wedding in Florida with only a few relatives and friends. Hogan had no children from his second or third marriages.
Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died of a stroke at his home on July 24 at the age of 71. He remains one of the biggest icons in WWE history, with a career marked by classic matches and high-profile scandals.
The 2012 sex tape scandal created a rift between Hogan and Clem, though Brooke revealed that her father never believed Clem leaked the tape. Nevertheless, the incident ruined their friendship
After more than four decades of his career, Hogan left behind a legacy that was both celebrated and controversial, with family conflicts continuing to shape his posthumous story.
