, Garlic: 8-10 buds (finely chopped)

Method of preparation:
, First take flour in a big pot. Add chopped garlic, red chili powder, cumin, coriander leaves and salt.
, After this, add some water and knead soft dough. The dough is not very tight.
, Cover the dough for 10-15 minutes so that it is set well.
, Now make small dough balls and roll them like round parathas.
, Put a little ghee or oil on the hot pan and roast the paratha till it becomes golden and crisp on both sides.
