Green peas - half cup
Capsicum - 3
Cottage cheese - 200 grams
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Ginger paste - ½ teaspoon
Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
Red chillies - ¼ teaspoon
Mango powder - ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - according to taste
Recipe
- First of all, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
- Fry asafoetida and cumin seeds in it and add green peas. Cook it by covering it.
- Add turmeric, ginger paste, finely chopped green chillies, coriander powder, paneer, red chilli powder, mango powder, salt, and green coriander and mix.
- Remove the seeds of the chillies and fill them with paneer stuffing. Prepare the stuffed chillies.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add turmeric and salt and mix. Add chillies and cover.
