To make it, he made 500 grams of lady finger, 5 to 6 thick green chillies, 4 tablespoons oil, 3 onion, salt as per taste, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, ½ + ½ teaspoon of fennel seeds, ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, 2 tablespoons of mustard seeds, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 6 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of wealth. 2 tablespoons of fennel seeds, 1 tbsp cumin and 1 tbsp have used fenugreek seeds.

To make it, first of all, wash okra and green chillies thoroughly and clean it. After this, cut the head and tail of the ladyfinger and make an incision in the length. Now place a pan on the gas and heat the oil in it and add whole coriander, fennel, fenugreek, cumin and mustard. Fry these spices on low flame till they start smelling and light color does not come. Now take it out in a plate or bowl and keep it to cool. After this, grind the spices coarsely. Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and fennel to this ground spices and mix.

Now fill this paste made of all spices in lady finger. After this, cut the onion in thin and long size. Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel, fennel and mustard seeds and mix it. Now add onion and fry it. After the onion color becomes light pink, add ladyfinger and mix it. Cover it and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. You can take it to lunch with bread and raita. Everyone will find this vegetable very tasty. Also, it will not take you much time to make it. Rather, you can keep the ladyfingers and dry it at night. Also, the masala can also be kept in the night a day before to fill it. So in the morning you just have to mix it in lady finger and cook it. In this way you will also save time.
