Uttar Pradesh government's ambitious campaign "Samarth Uttar Pradesh - Developed Uttar Pradesh @2047" is gaining momentum with the active participation of the public. People from village to city are sharing their suggestions about this initiative. Especially people are giving serious opinion on education, skill development and artificial intelligence (AI). So far, more than 1.5 lakh feedbacks have been recorded, in which the most suggestions have been received from rural areas.

More than one and a half lakh feedback recorded

So far, more than one and a half lakh feedbacks have been recorded on the government portal Samarthuttarpradesh.up.gov.in.

• About 1 lakh suggestions from rural areas
• About 50 thousand suggestions from urban areas
• 50 thousand opinions from the age group below 31 years
• 75 thousand opinions from the age group of 31–60 years
• More than 25 thousand opinions from the age group above 60 years

Education is the biggest issue

• Education was at the forefront of public priorities.

Which districts got the highest participation

The highest feedback was recorded from Kanpur Dehat, Farrukhabad, Jaunpur, Balrampur, Pratapgarh and Firozabad. More than 53,996 suggestions were received from these districts, which reflect the public's serious attitude towards the campaign.

Emphasis on skill development and employment oriented education

Teachers and enlightened people say that linking education with skill development is the demand of the hour.

• Emphasis on providing free skill development course through e-learning portal
• Emphasis on need to increase quality and resources of government schools

Public opinion on AI and ChatGPT

Many people, including Abhishek Kumar and Alok Kumar of Kanpur countryside, emphasized the possibilities of tools like AI and ChatjPT. He says that AI can bring revolutionary changes in areas like education, research, drug manufacturing, architecture and engineering.

Demand for vigilance regarding AI

The public and experts also admitted that security and testing are extremely important before adopting AI. It cannot be completely trusted until the technique is completely tested.
