OPPO has launched its much-anticipated F31 5G Series in India, introducing the Oppo F31 Pro+, F31 Pro, and F31 models, targeting Indian users who need durable and high-performance mid-range smartphones. The company says the new lineup is built to withstand extreme outdoor conditions, including heat of up to 43°C, and is designed for shopkeepers, delivery professionals, and other users who require all-day performance without interruptions.

Sales for the Oppo F31 Pro+ and F31 Pro will begin on September 19, 2025, while the base Oppo F31 will be available from September 27, 2025. Buyers can purchase the devices through offline retail outlets, the OPPO E-store, Flipkart, and Amazon, with a variety of storage and color options. Launch offers include bank discounts, exchange bonuses, 180-day complimentary damage cover, zero-interest EMI, and device upgrade programs.

The F31 Pro+ will be available in Gemstone Blue and Festival Pink, the F31 Pro in Desert Gold and Space Grey, and the base F31 in Midnight Blue.

The F31 series features a 360-degree Armour Body, an AM04-grade aluminium alloy frame, and AGC DT-Star D+ strengthened glass. The devices also carry IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications, making them resistant to dust, immersion, and high-pressure hot water up to 80°C.

Oppo F31 Pro+ Performance and Cooling

The F31 Pro+ is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, the Pro model uses MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy, and the base F31 is equipped with Dimensity 6300. All models support up to 24GB RAM (with virtual RAM) and come with UFS 3.1 storage.

To ensure smooth performance in India’s intense summers, the Pro+ houses a 5,219mm² vapour chamber, while the Pro and base models use slightly smaller chambers. These are supplemented with layers of expanded graphite to keep devices cool.

At the software level, OPPO introduces its Dual-Engine Smoothness System, combining the Trinity Engine with the Luminous Rendering Engine, which the company claims delivers “six zeros” — no lag, latency, flicker, crash, mislaunch, or freeze during high-speed multitasking.

Oppo F31 Pro+ Display and Battery

The F31 Pro+ sports a 6.8-inch flat AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, while the Pro and F31 feature 6.57-inch AMOLED panels. All devices have under-display fingerprint sensors.

Each model packs a massive 7,000mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge, enabling 58% charge in 30 minutes and full charge just over an hour. Reverse charging and bypass charging functions are also included.
