Bihar Weather Update: Weather will wreak havoc in Bihar! Alert of heavy rain in 11 districts including West Champaran.

Monsoon will remain active in the state for a week. According to Meteorological Center Patna, the effect of cyclonic circulation of air is present in eastern Bihar and surrounding areas of the state.

Due to their effect, the state will remain cloudy and there are chances of thunder and drizzle in most parts including Patna. There is no possibility of any significant change in temperature during the next four days. There is a possibility of wind blowing at a speed of 30-40 km per hour at these places.

There is a possibility of rain in different parts of the state for the next five to seven days. After this, there is a possibility of a decrease in rain. Director of Meteorological Center Ashish Kumar said that the departure of monsoon will begin from October 8-9 in the state.

The effect of monsoon will be seen in the state for a week. After this, there is a possibility of gradual decrease in rainfall. On Monday, the weather remained normal in Patna and its surrounding areas with cloudy weather and drizzle at some places in the evening.

Khagaria recorded the highest rainfall of 158.0 mm during the last 24 hours. Patna recorded a maximum temperature of 31.4 degrees Celsius, while Purnia recorded the highest temperature of 33.4 degrees Celsius. The capital recorded 10.6 mm rainfall on Monday.

95.4 mm in Raghopur of Vaishali, 89.4 mm in Khinjarsarai of Gayaji, 88.6 mm in Bidupur of Vaishali, 87.8 mm in Parsa of Saran, 87.8 mm in Jaynagar of Madhubani, 84.4 mm in Alinagar of Darbhanga, 82.6 mm in Ghanshyampur of Darbhanga.

73.4 mm of rain was recorded in Khusrupur of Patna, 72.8 mm in Madhepur of Madhubani, 72.4 mm in Mahanar of Vaishali, 72.0 mm in Manpur of Gayaji, 61.8 mm in Tajpur of Samastipur, 61.4 mm in Daniyawa of Patna, 51.2 mm in Darbhanga, 50.2 mm in Bausi of Banka, 49.4 mm in Wazirganj of Gayaji, 49.2 mm in Kako of Jehanabad and 47.6 mm in Garhani of Bhojpur.

There is a possibility of heavy rain here

A warning has been issued for very heavy rainfall in Kishanganj and West Champaran and heavy rainfall at one or two places in Vaishali, Saran, Samastipur, Khagaria, Gopalganj, Siwan, Aurangabad, Rohtas and Kaimur.
