  • A spoon cumin
  • Two tablespoons oil or ghee
  • Salt taste
  • Two cups of water
  • Little green coriander

Make like this

  • Soak the rice for 15-20 minutes before making it. After cooking the rice, it will be soft and bloom.
  • Now heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker or deep pan.
  • When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  • After this, add finely chopped onion and fry until it becomes light golden.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili to the roasted onion.
  • Fry them until its raw smell is gone.
  • Now add tomatoes and cook them until they become soft.
  • When tomatoes are melted, add turmeric, red chili powder and casserole masala.
  • Mix the spices well and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove soaked rice water and pour it in spices.
  • Mix with light hands, so that the rice is not broken.
  • Now add two cups of water and salt.
  • Close the cooker lid and cook until a whistle comes on high flame.
  • After this, reduce the flame and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then turn off the gas and allow the cooker to cool by itself.
  • After this, when you open the lid, you will increase your appetite with fragrance.
  • Now add green coriander over it and mix with light hands.
  • You can serve it with curd, raita or light vegetable.
