The government has introduced a very easy way, so that you can download your Aadhaar card only through WhatsApp on your smartphone. This feature is being provided through MyGov Helpdesk Chatbot.

How to download Aadhaar Card from Pwhatsapp:

This process is extremely simple and safe. You just have to follow some easy steps:

Step 1: Save the number. First of all, save the official WhatsApp number +91-9013151515 of MyGov Helpdesk in your phone. You can save it by any name, such as ‘Mygov Helpdesk’.

Step 2: Start chat on WhatsApp. Now open WhatsApp in your phone and start chat on the contact you have saved now. In the chat, you just have to send ‘Hi’ or ‘Namaste’.

Step 3: After sending messages to choose Digilocker Service, the chatbot will send you a list of several government services. Of these, you have to choose the option of ‘Digilocker Services’. This option will allow you to reach your documents in Digilocker.

Step 4: Enter Aadhaar number and OTP. Chatbot will ask you to enter your 12 -digit Aadhaar number. Send your Aadhaar number correctly and send it. After this, a one-time password (OTP) will come on the registered mobile number to your Aadhaar. Verify by entering that OTP in chat.

Step 5: Download Aadhaar Card OTP Verification. Select ‘Aadhaar Card’ from this list. In a few seconds your Aadhaar card will come on WhatsApp chat as a PDF file.

You can download this PDF file, print it or save for the future. This method is very beneficial for those who do not have the option to use the Maadhaar app or UIDAI website. This process is completely safe and there is no risk of leaking any information in it.
