The Meteorological Center, Jaipur, has issued a rain alert for seven districts of the state today. The department has predicted rain in Baran, Bundi, Dholpur, Jhalawar, Karauli, Kota, and Sawai Madhopur.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain mostly dry in the coming days in most parts of the Bikaner and Jodhpur divisions of western Rajasthan. Light to moderate rain is expected at isolated places in the Kota, Udaipur, and Bharatpur divisions of eastern Rajasthan during the next three to four days.
The department has predicted rain in 8 districts tomorrow. The districts for which rain alert has been issued include Banswara, Baran, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Jhalawar, Kota, Pratapgarh and Salumbar. A yellow alert for light to heavy rain has been issued for this. According to the Meteorological Department, on Wednesday the highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded at 37.1 degrees Celsius in Sriganganagar and the lowest minimum temperature was recorded at 19.0 degrees Celsius in Sirohi.
Jaipur recorded a minimum temperature of 26.3 degrees Celsius.
Whereas, the minimum temperature recorded by the Meteorological Department on Wednesday was 26.3 degrees in the capital Jaipur, 26.3 degrees in Pilani, 23.6 degrees in Sikar, 26.0 degrees in Kota, 24.5 degrees in Chittorgarh, 26.0 degrees in Barmer, 25.8 degrees in Bikaner, 25.2 degrees in Churu and 27.5 degrees in Sri Ganganagar, 23.6 degrees in Nagaur, 24.4 degrees in Jalore, 25.5 degrees in Jaisalmer, 25.2 degrees in Jodhpur, 25.2 degrees in Karauli and 25.0 degrees Celsius in Dausa.
