Renowned Pandit Vivekananda Pandey said here that Navratri from Pratipada will start on September 22 and it will end with Maha Navami on October 1, Wednesday.
The next day, Vijayadashami will be celebrated on Thursday, October 2. This time a date in Shraddha Paksha is disappearing and Chaturthi Tithi will be 10 days instead of 9 due to staying two days. According to the pundits, this increase of date is considered extremely auspicious.
Kalash will be established on the day of Pratipada on 22 September. The auspicious time will be available throughout the day, but the establishment in Abhijeet Muhurta (from 11:20 to 12:09 in the afternoon) is considered special fruitful.
