BBC favourite Monty Don offered followers a tantalising glimpse at his latest project as he filmed inside the "dog house".
The Gardeners' World host - known for his passion for animals - has been working on his new venture for some time, treating fans to the odd look at wood and brick structure.
The snug nook appears to be finished, as the presenter has now posted a photograph on Instagram showing a film crew inside.
"First filming inside the Dog house!" teased the star, whose much-loved Golden Retriever Ned frequently features alongside him on his TV programme.
Followers were captivated by the images, which is believed could be intended for Ned and Monty's other pooch Patti, reports Gloucestershire Live.
"Wow, exciting!" one individual gushed in the comments area after the star uploaded the image to his feed, whilst another contributed: "Wish I was there, too!"
"We look forward to the episode!" remarked someone else, as another admirer posted a series of applauding emojis.
"Who let the dogs out?!" quipped someone else.
Monty, 70, had posted a photograph of the structure a week earlier as he hinted that it was "nearing completion".
He was flooded with questions regarding the house, with fans wondering whether it was intended for his four-legged companions.
"What are you going to use the dog house for Monty?" asked one, as another joked: "Well wouldn't mind being in the doghouse!". "Nice when can I move in!!!" said another.
One ribbed: "You could move in if the wife grumbles at you."
"Wow! Ned and Patti will have to invite friends over," another person remarked.
Some speculated about whether the structure would commemorate his beloved Golden Retrievers Nigel and Nell, who have both sadly passed away.
"Looks grand, will there be anything inside to remember lovable Nigel and Nellie, bless them, they too would be at home there," one fan commented.
In 2020, Monty revealed on Instagram that Nigel had "suddenly taken ill" and "slipped quietly away with no pain or suffering and is now buried in the garden with lots of tennis balls". In 2023 he shared that Nell had passed away after being diagnosed with cancer.
