Bigg Boss is best known for its drama controversies heated arguments and dramatic fights. However the reality show is beyond that. From anger and frustration to emotional breakdowns we often see housemates going through all sorts of emotions in the house. While on one hand contestants who are competing often become each other’s rivals on the other hand we also see some bonds shining through as they navigate their relationships in this heated environment. Amaal Malik breaks into tears after a heartfelt confrontation with Baseer Ali. In the latest episode of Bigg Boss something similar happened when we saw the emotional side of the show. Music composer and contestant Amaal Malik was seen breaking down uncontrollably after a heartfelt confrontation with fellow housemate Baseer Ali. In the previous episode Amaal Malik and Shehbaz played a prank on housemates by hiding basic household items including sugar salt and even personal belongings. They had also hidden Baseer Ali’s personal items like his towel and clothes. This made the housemates really angry and they started suspecting who was behind all this. Eventually Shehbaaz opened up and admitted he was the mastermind but Amaal on the other hand remained silent. However Shehbaz apologised and the storm was calmed. In the recent episode Amaal Malik finally confronted Baseer and told him he was involved too. Repeatedly apologising to him Amaal said “Ek baar dekh kar sach mein maaf kar dena.” Stunned by this revelation Baseer Ali expressed that he didn’t expect Amaal to be involved either. Baseer Ali expresses his disappointment with Amaal. During the tense voting round Baseer Ali also opened up about his disappointment with Amaal. He expressed that despite considering Amaal a friend he felt hurt and betrayed when nobody saved him not even Amaal. “Ek vote bhi nahi aaya merko saving mein.” The statement struck an emotional chord with Amaal who was left shaken by Baseer’s words. Overwhelmed with guilt and sadness he broke into tears unable to hold back his emotions. His uncontrollable crying highlighted just how deeply the bond had mattered to him showing viewers a vulnerable side of the otherwise strong-willed musician who had been controlling the housemates all week long during his captaincy. Seeing his pain Amaal himself got emotional and said “I did wrong with you. I’m sorry. I let you down. I’ve fallen in my own eyes too.” Later Shehbaaz and Baseer Ali were both seen consoling him. Baseer said “You are way stronger than this.”  and Shehbaaz said Itna dil pe mat lo (Dont take it to your heart). Eventually they both Amaal and Baseer hugged it out and Amaal said “Tu dil ke andar ke bhi andar hai.” This episode of Bigg Boss made it evident that in this house emotional connections often carry as much weight as strategies and rivalries.
