Pistachi -Course – 1 tablespoon
Almond slices – 1 tablespoon

Action

  • Add sugar and water to a pot and boil the veins on medium heat.
  • Once the vein is gone, add lemon juice, rose water and saffron. Turn off the heat and let the veins dry.
  • Roast the mango lightly. Mix rubbed, flour, cardamom powder and drifruits. The mixture should be tight and creamy.
  • Finely chop the bran on the cinnamon. Pour the butter over it and mix well so that the sewi is crisp.
  • Now take a small piece of civicity, place the filing made in it and lightly roll it. When creating the rolls, the sevai should sit tight.
  • Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Put the butter on the baking tray and place the rolls and bake until the golden color for 15-20 minutes.
  • Take out the hot rolls and pour from the garage vein. The rolls will absorb the veins and get delicious.
