New Delhi: The Railway Ministry organized an important seminar at the Northern Railway Headquarters, Baroda House, New Delhi in collaboration with the Railway Board. The program discussed contemporary issues, best practices and emerging trends of human resource management, which was particularly focused on Indian Railways.
In this program, Director General/Human Resources, Additional Member/Staff, Additional Member/HR, Principal Executive Director/Industrial Relations, and Principal Chief Personnel Officer/U.R. Many dignitaries including attended. Apart from this, all IRPS posted in Delhi Officials also participated in this seminar, while other officials participated through virtual medium.
A presentation was also given by the Center for Railway Information Systems on the occasion, which shared detailed information about the progress and implementation of the human resource management system.
