2 boiled potatoes, one onion, coriander leaf garnishing, green chillies – 3, half cup tamarind water, salt as per taste, chili powder – half a teaspoon, roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon, jaggery – 1 spoon – 1 spoon – 1 spoon, one teaspoon mustard oil
First step: First wash two potatoes and boil it well. When the potatoes boil, peel it well. After peeling, mash the potatoes well. Soak tamarind in hot water for 10-15 minutes. When tamarind becomes soft, then mash it well with hand and remove the pulp. Sieve from a sieve and remove the water and separate the pulp.
Second step: Now add an onion in the mashed potato and mix them well. Now add half a cup of tamarind water to this mixture and mix once again well.
