Bhandara style aloo sabzi recipe: The vegetable of garlic-onion potato, which is made during Navratri, is delicious, plain and fasting. It can be served with the whole of Kuttu, water chestnut flour or sago khichdi. This recipe is not only suitable for fast, but is also light and easy to digest. Today we will tell you about making the potato vegetable of Bhandare Vrat without garlic and onion.
1. Peel the boiled potatoes and break it with a thick hand (do not finely, it brings good texture in the vegetable).
2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry lightly. Then add grated ginger and green chillies. Fry lightly
3. Now add tomato puree to it and fry until the ghee is separated. Then add rock salt, pepper powder and if you eat, a little red chili powder.
4. Now add broken potatoes and mix well in spices. Fry for 2-3 minutes so that the taste is mixed well.
5. Now add water as required (if you want thin vegetable, add more water). Cover and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
6. When the vegetable cooks well and starts smelling, then add green coriander from above. Serve with the whole, Rajgira Paratha or Samak rice of hot kuttu.
7. You can also get a different taste by adding a little curd to it. If you do not eat tomato fast, you can use curd and rock salt instead of tomatoes.
8. If you mash the vegetable lightly, then its taste will become wonderful.
