The Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board (MPESB) has announced recruitment for the positions of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) and Subedar (Stenographer) in the police department. According to the notification, the online application process for this recruitment will begin on October 3, 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form online only by visiting the MPESB's official website, esb.mp.gov.in, until the deadline of October 17.

To participate in this recruitment, candidates must have passed the 12th grade from a recognized board/institution. Additionally, candidates must have a diploma exam conducted by CPCT/DOEACC, a computer certificate from an ITI, an engineering/MCA/BCA/Computer Science/Polytechnic diploma, etc., depending on the position. Additionally, the maximum age limit for candidates should not exceed 33/38 years, depending on the category. Candidates in reserved categories will be given age relaxation. Physical Qualifications
To participate in this recruitment, the minimum height for male candidates must be 162 cm, and for female candidates, the minimum height must be 152 cm.

Recruitment Details
A total of 500 vacant posts will be filled by the Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board through this recruitment. Of these, 100 posts will be filled for Subedar (Stenographer) and 400 for Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI).

Application Process
As soon as applications for this recruitment open, candidates will be able to fill the form online by visiting the MPESB's official website, esb.mp.gov.in. Submission of the prescribed fee along with the application is mandatory; forms without the fee will not be accepted. Candidates from the General category and those from other states will have to pay a fee of ₹560. OBC, SC, and ST candidates will need to pay a fee of ₹310. Fees can be paid online. Please note that a portal fee of ₹60 will be required in addition to the fees.
