Just a day after suffering a head injury while filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Tom Holland made his first public appearance at a family charity event in London. Zendaya and Tom Holland made a rare public appearance together at a charity event at Christie’s auction house in London on September 20. The Brothers Trust is the charity he runs with his three brothers: Sam, Harry and Paddy Holland.
Whitaker posted several photos from the event on Instagram, posing alongside Tom, Zendaya, actress Lily D. Moore and other representatives with Java Joy. The accident occurred on Friday at Leavesden Studios in Watford, England, where Holland reportedly hit his head during a stunt gone wrong.
“We were called at 10.30am on Friday to attend to a patient who had sustained an injury at Leavesden Studios in Watford,” an East of England Ambulance Service spokesman told The Sun. “An ambulance was sent to the scene, and the patient was transported to hospital for further care.” Several outlets confirmed that Holland was treated for a mild concussion. Though the actor was taken to the hospital, he bounced back quickly.

The Posh Pub Quiz — the charity’s third to date — saw Tom as host and quizmaster, leading a pub quiz-inspired contest, with prizes including things like a round of golf with the actor himself, according to photos shared by guest Laura Hope Whitaker, co-founder of Java Joy.
The pictures from the night, which were shared by his actor brother, Paddy, and Sam, who is a chef by profession. The Uncharted actor was dressed in a black suit and a matching black tie, while Zendaya looked stunning in a black gown.

“Using Tom’s reach and popularity, the trust intends to run a number of events each year and the funds raised then being granted to charities we support,” the organization’s website states.
Still, Holland isn’t completely out of the woods. According to Variety, he began to feel unwell during a separate dinner the same evening and left early. Filming of the £150 million Marvel production was suspended immediately after the incident, and The Hollywood Reporter says Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios will meet to determine how to proceed. Dominic Holland also reportedly confirmed that his son would be away from filming “for a while.”
