Doctors say that the body often gives many types of indications, which can cause serious health problems to ignore. Recently, experts reported that symptoms such as weakness, lack of energy, odor in the head, pale falling and sleep disturbance are warning of nutrient deficiency or other diseases in the body.

According to experts, banana intake can be beneficial in cases of weakness and irregular heartbeat. Beetroot and green leafy vegetables should be included in the diet when the head gets dizzy or yellow in the face. Pumpkin seeds are beneficial in lack of sleep, waking up in between or stirring in the muscles. Calcium and protein -rich diets such as yogurt and white sesame are said to be beneficial for bone weakness and joint pain.

Hair white and sudden hair loss can also be a sign of lack of nutrients in the body. Experts say that regular intake of desi ghee and cashew nuts helps in reducing these problems.
