The heart is the most important part of the body and its health depends on the functionality of the entire body.

The onset of heart disease is often symptomatic, but if the symptoms below appear, the doctor should be contacted immediately. If chest pressure or burning sensation, sudden fatigue or difficulty walking, headache, weakness, pain in the arms or shoulder, difficulty in breathing, advice from a doctor is necessary.

Experts suggest many measures to keep the heart healthy. Balanced diet in it- fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low oil-pepper food. Regular exercise- Walking, running, yoga or stretching, stress control, meditation, pranayama and mental peace practice, smoking and alcohol, etc. are included daily. From time to time, it is necessary to do health check-up, blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar and heart stress test.

Modern technology and research

Recent research suggests that the risk of heart attack can be reduced to a great extent by improving stenting, bypass surgery, pharmaceutical and lifestyle. The heart can be constantly monitored with the help of smart watch and fitness trackers.

Balanced diet, regular exercise is necessary

Bhandara’s cardiologist Rajdeep Chaudhary said that adequate sleep, balanced diet, regular exercise and prevention of harmful habits are extremely important for the longevity of the heart.
