He posted a photo on Instagram with his childhood mentor Yuvraj Singh. In the photo Abhishek is seen smiling while holding the Player of the Tournament trophy while Yuvraj stands proudly beside him. This photo is from Team Indias flight back from Dubai where the players were celebrating their historic Asia Cup victory. India won the title by defeating Pakistan by five wickets in the final. Abhishek consistently performed brilliantly throughout the tournament and he has repeatedly credited Yuvrajs advice for this.
