Peanuts are definitely nutritious, but also heavy in calories. A handful of peanuts contain about 150–200 calories. If it is consumed without control, it can turn water on weight loss efforts.

5. Be careful if the digestive system is weak

Many times eating raw or half -peanuts can cause gas, indigestion, heaviness or acidity in the stomach. Those whose digestive system is weak should eat only peanuts in limited quantities.
