Drivers are facing rush hour delays on three key motorway routes this morning. Long queues formed on the M62 eastbound, near Manchester after a crash between junctions 11 at Birchwood and 12 at the M60 Eccles Interchange on Tuesday (September 30).

There also appeared to be tail backs around the M6 at J10, near Warrington. Drivers also faced delays on the M6 southbound approaching the M62 at J21A.
