Biryani is considered to be a very popular and royal substance in Indian food culture. The specialty of the biryani is its aroma, the spices of the spices and the tasty juice mixed with each grain of rice. Usually the biryani is said to have a peat or chicken biryani to the eyes. But for vegetarians, cheese biryani is a wonderful dish. The cheese is filled with nutritional value and the soft textures are wonderful with spicy rice.

Material

  • Basmati Rice – 2 cups
  • Cheese – 1 gram (cubes)
  • Yogurt – 1/3 cup
  • Onions – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste-1 tablespoon
  • Green Chilli – 1
  • Red chili – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/3 tsp
  • Hot spice – 1 tsp
  • Biryani Masala – 19/4 tsp
  • Cilantro – 1/3 cup
  • Pepper Pages – 1/3 cup
  • Ghee – 1 tablespoon
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Milk-1/4 cup (soaked 3-5 saffron yarn)
  • Salt – To taste
  • Complete spices – bay leaf, cinnamon piece, cloves, velvet

Action

  • For this, first wash the basmati rice and soak for 5 minutes. Then add water, salt and whole spices and cook 5%.
  • In a bowl, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, biryani masala, a little salt and a little cilantro-
  • Add the mint and marinate the cheese and place it for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the oil-to-oil in a pan, return the finely chopped onion until golden and remove it.
