Atmanirbhar bharat: The Ministry of Education (Department of Higher Education) has released a memorandum under a strategic move, in which all officers have been instructed to adopt Zoho Office Suit Suit Suit for the construction and management of official documents, spreadsheets and presentations, which have been included in the NIC mail system.
This move of the Government of India is in line with the comprehensive approach that includes converting the country from service economy to product nation and building self -sufficient ecosystems in technology, hardware and software solutions. The ministry said, “By adopting Zoho’s indigenous office productivity equipment, we take a bold step in the indigenous movement, which helps India lead with domestic innovation, strengthen digital sovereignty and secure our data for a self -sufficient future.”
Let us know that Zoho Office Suite is an online office platform developed by Zoho Corporation which helps in making, edit and share documents, spreadsheets, presentations etc. in the same safe place. This work is done by tools such as Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Show and Zoho Workdrive.
Ministry of Education gave instructions to officials-
Get access to Zoho office suits directly through NIC mail accounts.
From now on, all official documents, spreadsheets and presentations will be made, edited and shared using Zoho office suits.
Familiar with the characteristics of the suit and use available collaborative devices effectively.
CMIS/NIC will provide the necessary assistance and guidance for use, including on-site aid. (CMIS-311, NIC-335)
