New Delhi: The Government of India (Government of India) agency CERT-IN has released the High-Civility Security Alert for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browser users. The agency said that many dangerous weaknesses have been found in the old version of these browsers, taking advantage of which hackers can steal sensitive data or run malware on the device. The government has advised users to update their browser immediately.

CERT-in warns that there are dangerous bugs in Chrome verses which are 141.0.7390.54 on Linux and 141.0.7390.54/55 on Windows and MACOS. Taking advantage of these weaknesses, any remote attacker can send the code to the system by sending the user to the website and can reach private data.
