Jaggery rice recipe: Jaggery rice is a dish that looks very tasty. Especially in winter, it is very beneficial in terms of health as well as health. Material (Jaggery rice recipe)
- Ripe rice – 2 cups (or freshly cooked hot rice)
- Jaggery – 1 cup (grated or in small pieces)
- Water – ½ cup
- Country Ghee-2-3 Table Spoon
- Green Cardamom-2-3 (Kuti)
- Cashew-6-8 (chopped)
- Almonds-6-8 (chopped)
- Raisins – 1 table spoon

Method (Jaggery rice recipe)
- Heat ½ cup of water in a pan and add jaggery to it. Let the jaggery dissolve completely on low flame. When the jaggery dissolves, turn off the gas and filter and keep it aside so that the impurities are removed.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add cashews, almonds and raisins to it and fry it lightly. Then add cardamom powder.
- Now add ripe rice to it and stir well so that the rice gets coat in ghee and dry fruits. Now add silated jaggery syrup to it.
- Mix it in the rice while stirring slowly. Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes so that the rice soak up the jaggery. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
- If you want, you can grate a little coconut on top. This dish looks more tasty to eat hot food, but even after it is cold, its taste remains.
