Clean washed shrimp – 1 g
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Wet coconut – 1 cup
Red chili – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Calp powder – 1 tsp
Hot spice – 1 tsp
Chinchi coal – 1 tablespoon (voluntary)
Salt – To taste
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Cilantro – for decoration

Action:
For this, first wash the shrimp and remove the darkening thread on the inside. Add a little salt and turmeric and marinate for 5 minutes.
In the mixer, add wet coconut, half of the onion, a little red chili powder and a little water and divide the same smooth spice.
Heat oil in a pan and add the remaining onion and return until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste to it and take a minute.
Add the tomatoes and cook until soft. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

Curry is more rich and creamy if adding coconut milk.
