In a post on the social media platform X, Mahindra shared that he proudly downloaded the Arattai app. Responding to Mahindra's post, Zoho Corporation founder Sridhar Vembu wrote that Mahindra's praise has inspired him to work with more determination.

People are increasingly interested in Zoho Corp's Arattai, as well as other products. Recently, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav also gave a presentation using a Zoho product. The company's business is growing rapidly. Last year, revenue reached $1.4 billion and its customers reached 250,000. He responded, saying the praise had given him "more determination." Vembu explained that when the tweet arrived, he was in a meeting with Arattai app engineers at the Tenkasi office.
