Rising Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal has made headlines with her bold statement, saying she would refuse a role in Bollywood—even alongside superstar Shah Rukh Khan—if it meant going to India.

In a recent appearance on a private television channel’s talk show, Momina opened up about her career, personal values, and national pride. When asked a lighthearted yet intriguing question by the host—whether she would accept a film offer from India if it involved working with Bollywood legend Shah Rukh Khan—Momina gave a firm and surprising response.

“Even if it’s a film with Shah Rukh Khan, I won’t go to India,” she said confidently.

The actress emphasized her loyalty and gratitude toward her home country, stating that she is deeply satisfied with the work and respect she receives in Pakistan. According to her, no amount of fame abroad could replace the love and support she enjoys from her own people.

“If I can make my country proud by working within Pakistan, there’s no bigger achievement for me,” she added. “I don’t seek international fame at the cost of leaving behind the admiration and affection of my own people.”

Momina Iqbal, who has made her mark in several popular Pakistani dramas, said she would always choose Pakistan over foreign opportunitiesregardless of how prestigious they may seem.

Her statement has sparked discussion on social media, with many praising her patriotism and commitment to the local entertainment industry.

For Momina, staying rooted in Pakistan is not just a career choice—it’s a matter of national pride and personal integrity.
