She revealed to Tudum: "In Season 3, Kate Wyler lives the particular nightmare that is getting what you want."

The latest series unfolds following Kate's accusation that Vice President Grace Penn (Allison Janney) orchestrated a terrorist conspiracy, confessing she was pursuing her position.

However, the president has now passed away, Kate's spouse Hal (Rufus Sewell) might have accidentally caused his death, and Grace Penn has become the new commander-in-chief.

Kate finds herself in a position she never desired, with an independence she never anticipated, Tudum has revealed.
