Ingredients for Potato-Cheese Cutlets
2 boiled potatoes (medium size)
100 grams paneer
1 finely chopped green chili
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Half a teaspoon of garam masala
Half a teaspoon of chaat masala
Finely chopped coriander leaves
2-3 teaspoons breadcrumbs (for the mixture)
A little breadcrumbs (for coating)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method for Potato-Cheese Cutlets
First, mash the boiled potatoes well in a large bowl.
Now add the grated paneer to the mixture.
Next, add the green chili, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander leaves, and salt, and mix everything thoroughly.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of breadcrumbs to thicken the mixture. This will make it easier to shape the cutlets.
Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into small cutlets or tikkis.

Now coat these cutlets with breadcrumbs. This will make them even more crunchy when fried.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets over medium heat until golden brown.

Once they are well fried on both sides, remove them on kitchen paper to drain off any excess oil.
Your hot and delicious paneer-potato cutlets are ready. Serve them with green chutney or tomato ketchup and enjoy their crunchy taste.
