However some star kids in the industry have made their mark outside the acting world. Today we will tell you about one such star kid who chose not to become an actor or director but to serve the country and today serves the nation as an IAS officer. We are talking about IAS officer Shrutanjay Narayanan son of Tamil comedian Chinni Jayanth. Chinni Jayanth is a big star of Tamil cinema Chinni Jayanth also known as Krishnamurthy Narayanan is a well-known name in Tamil cinema and has worked with many major superstars. Chinni Jayanth began his career in 1980 and quickly earned a place in the hearts of audiences as a comedy actor. He remains renowned for his comic timing and is a popular comedian. However Shrutanjay chose to serve the nation over acting. Shrutanjay Narayanan chose administrative service Shrutanjay is one of the few star kids in the film world who chose a career other than acting and cinema. Raised in a film-oriented environment Shrutanjay decided to pursue a career in the administrative services and fulfilled his resolve. He graduated from Guindy College of Engineering and then earned a masters degree from Ashoka University. Cracked UPSC in the second attempt After completing his masters degree Shrutanjay worked for a while at a startup but he always aspired to become an IAS officer.
