About the legal battle Speaking of the ongoing legal battle as per the reports late industrialist Sunjay Kapur’s Rs 30000-crore estate has intensified with his children from his marriage to Karisma Kapoor alleging that their father’s will is “forged.” Appearing for Samaira (20) and Kiaan (15) on Tuesday senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani told the court that the will was fabricated to “disinherit” Sunjay’s children from his previous marriage. Jethmalani also said that even Sunjay’s mother Rani Kapur was sidelined from the will stating “Only Priya Kapur profits from this forged will.” He pointed to several discrepancies including the use of “feminine pronouns… to describe him (i.e. Sunjay Kapur)” in the document that names Priya Sachdev Kapur as the primary beneficiary.
