1- You must take deep sleep of 7 to 8 hours in the morning, it is good for the body. In this, deep sleep keeps the T-cells of the body active and increases the ability to fight infection. With this you can practice yoga and pranayama which strengthens the lungs and reduces stress levels.

2- To improve the diet, it is important to take a balanced diet. It contains whole grains, seasonal fruits, green vegetables, pulses and good fats which strengthen the body’s defense system. Consumption of fruits rich in Vitamin C like Amla, Orange, Lemon, Guava etc. activates white blood cells, while for Vitamin D, exposure to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily is beneficial. Zinc-rich foods like pumpkin seeds, peanuts and sesame seeds help protect the body from infections.

3- To increase immunity, you can consume Amla and turmeric, both rich in Vitamin C, which are powerful antioxidants. Curcumin present in turmeric activates immune cells, while allicin found in garlic provides protection against bacteria and viruses. Ginger reduces inflammation in the body and prevents infection.

4- Apart from this, you can consume probiotics like curd and fermented foods in your diet. It actually improves gut health, which is considered the first line of defense of immunity. The catechins present in green tea help in inactivating the virus.

5-Consumption of Ayurvedic medicines also helps in boosting immunity. For this you can consume Ayurvedic medicines like Giloy and Ashwagandha. Actually, it is very effective in increasing immunity. Light exercise, drinking enough water, staying away from smoking and alcohol and reducing stress through meditation and meditation strengthen immunity naturally.
