A young royal prince has sparked fan frenzy today as new photographs are released to mark his birthday. To celebrate the 20th birthday of Crown Prince Christian of Denmark, the Danish Royal Family have released new photographs of the King and Queen's eldest son.
These photographs, taken in and around Amalienborg Palace, show the prince in both a formal and informal way and were shared on social media on Wednesday. A statement from the Palace read: "On the occasion of HRH The Crown Prince's 20th birthday on October 15, 2025, an official portrait series is being released.
"The portraits were taken at and around Amalienborg shortly before the birthday."
While many royal fans have rushed to social media to wish the royal a happy birthday, others have been sent into a frenzy by the new portraits.
This has led to many people commenting on the photographs on Instagram and heaping praise on the prince and his "handsome" looks.
One fan wrote: "Handsome!!"
Another said: "Happy birthday, handsome guy."
Someone else commented: "Very handsome young man."
A fourth fan said: "Beautiful pictures of a fine young man."
The prince, who is first-in-line to the throne, has had a busy year so far as he started as a national serviceman with the Guard Hussar Regiment in Slagelse in February 202.
In August, The Crown Prince then started the Army Basic Officers Training.
