Lado Laxmi Yojana: Women Already Benefiting from These 9 Schemes Won't Receive ₹2,100 Monthly Aid

The Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana launched by the Haryana government aims to empower women through direct financial support. Under this scheme, eligible women will receive ₹2,100 every month, beginning November 1, 2025. However, the government has clearly stated that not everyone will qualify for the benefit — especially those who are already availing funds under certain state or central welfare schemes.

According to the official guidelines, if your name is already registered under any of nine existing government schemes, you will not be eligible for the Lado Laxmi Yojana. This restriction ensures that financial aid reaches those who truly need it and are not already receiving similar support.

💰 Key Details of Lado Laxmi Yojana

The Haryana government has already started accepting applications for the scheme through a dedicated mobile application, which allows women to check their eligibility, apply online, and track their application status.

Only those women can apply in the first phase whose annual family income is below ₹1 lakh. Officials estimate that nearly 20 lakh women could benefit in this initial rollout. The scheme is being implemented under the supervision of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, who officially launched the registration app on September 25, 2025.

Once approved, eligible applicants will start receiving ₹2,100 directly in their bank accounts every month from November 1.

🚫 Women Not Eligible for ₹2,100 Monthly Benefit

If you are already availing benefits under any of the following nine schemes, you will not receive payments under the Lado Laxmi Yojana:

S. No. Scheme Name Monthly Benefit
1 Old Age Pension ₹3,000 per month
2 Widow Pension ₹2,500 per month
3 Disability Pension ₹3,000 per month
4 Ladli Social Security Scheme ₹3,000 per month
5 Kashmiri Refugee Family Assistance Scheme ₹1,500 per month
6 Dwarf Allowance Scheme ₹1,600 per month
7 Acid Attack Victim Assistance Scheme Up to 4.5× Disability Pension
8 Widow and Unmarried Women Pension Scheme ₹2,750 per month
9 Haryana Gaurav Samman Scheme (Padma Awardees) ₹10,000 per month

These exclusions prevent overlapping benefits and allow the state to extend financial aid to those who are not covered under any other welfare initiative.

⚠️ Other Disqualification Conditions

Women or families meeting any of the following criteria will also be ineligible:

  • If the woman or any family member files income tax.

  • If any member of the family works in a government job.

  • If any family member receives a government pension.

  • If the annual family income exceeds ₹1 lakh in the first phase.

💟 Exceptions: Who Can Still Apply

The government has made certain exceptions for women facing critical health conditions. Women suffering from any of the following diseases will still be eligible under compassionate grounds:

  • Stage 3 or Stage 4 cancer patients

  • Women with rare diseases

  • Patients suffering from Hemophilia, Thalassemia, or Sickle Cell Anemia

This special relaxation aims to ensure that women with serious medical conditions are not deprived of financial help due to technical exclusions.

📱 Easy Application via Mobile App

The Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi App allows women to complete the entire registration process online — from eligibility verification to complaint registration. Applicants can also check the status of their application and get instant updates regarding approvals or payments.

In case of any issue during registration, applicants can reach out to the scheme’s official helpline for assistance.

  • Helpline Number: 0172-4880500

  • Toll-Free Number: 1800-180-2231

🌸 A Step Toward Financial Empowerment

The Lado Laxmi Yojana is being seen as a milestone in Haryana’s efforts to promote women’s economic independence. By offering a steady monthly allowance to low-income women, the scheme aims to improve their financial security, health, and dignity.

However, the government’s decision to exclude those already covered under other schemes is equally significant, as it ensures transparent distribution of welfare funds.

For women who qualify, this initiative could become a powerful support system — helping them manage everyday expenses and encouraging self-reliance.
