Influencer and spiritual guide Tanya Mittal was already one of the most controversial contestants on Bigg Boss 19, but recently, an FIR was lodged against her by another influencer.

Social media influencer Faizan Ansari has reportedly filed an FIR against Tanya Mittal in Gwalior, alleging that she made false and exaggerated claims about her lavish lifestyle. According to Faizan, her statements have brought disrepute to the city and created a misleading image of Gwalior.

Faizan Ansari has also submitted a written complaint to the Divisional Commissioner’s office, asserting that Tanya Mittal’s portrayal of herself as a ‘rich girl’ is both misleading and damaging.

He alleged that her remarks on national television and social media platforms convey a negative message to society. In his complaint, he urged the authorities to take swift action against her, claiming that her conduct harms the reputation of Gwalior and its residents.

Tanya Mittal’s Tall Claims

Since her entry into Bigg Boss 19, Tanya Mittal has consistently drawn attention for her extravagant claims about her luxurious lifestyle. While many viewers initially dismissed her remarks as attention-seeking tactics, several of her statements went viral on social media, largely for the wrong reasons.

Tanya reportedly boasted that her house was “more beautiful and expensive than any five-star or seven-star hotel”, even describing it as “heaven on earth.” In another instance, she claimed to have “150 bodyguards” and “numerous servants” working for her day and night.

These comments quickly sparked a wave of online memes and ridicule. She further added that she travels “to Agra just to drink coffee” and “to Delhi only to eat pulses in luxury hotels.” The most widely circulated claim, however, was her statement that she flies “to Dubai to eat baklava” and that “the biscuits she eats are imported from London.”

Her over-the-top declarations made her one of the most talked-about contestants of the season, but the spotlight soon turned negative. What began as online trolling has now escalated into a legal controversy, following the filing of an FIR against her.
