Success Story Of Dadasaheb Bhagat: Success is not easy and the route to achieve dreams is very narrow and full of thorns. That is why very few people are able to achieve success and become role models for others. This story is of a man who started his career earning Rs 4000 per month but his dedication and urge to achieve something big made him the owner of a Rs 10 crore company. Dadasaheb Bhagat studied only up to the 10th standard and later completed an ITI course. But his journey has earned him praise even from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Let’s know his story.
Who Is Dadasaheb Bhagat?
Dadasaheb Bhagat was born in a drought-prone village in Beed district of Maharashtra. He belongs to a very poor family where education was never a focus. Bhagat studied only up to class 10 and then completed an ITI course. The ITI course prepared him to do basic factory jobs.
After completing the ITI course he moved to Pune in search of a job. Bhagat started with Rs 4000 per month job then he got a job at Infosys as a office boy with a salary of Rs 9000. He used to do menial work like cleaning and delivering items. But at the office he observed something which left a mark.
He observed that employees are working comfortably on computers realising that knowledge could change his life. Somebody from the office advised him to learn graphic design and animation. While working as an office boy in the night shift Dadasaheb Bhagat started learning design. Within a year he became a professional designer.

How Dadasaheb Bhagat Launched His Own Design Business?
After learning graphic design Dadasaheb decided to start his own design venture rather than seeking a job at other companies. But when Covid-19 began in 2020 he had to shut his Pune office and return to his village.
With limited electricity and internet his team set up a workspace near a cowshed and resumed working. The company started taking shape. Design Template provides free professional video templates and effects to people.
From Office Boy To Shark Tank India Season 3
Dadasaheb Bhagat showcased his company on Shark Tank India Season 3. There is he asked for Rs 1 crore for a 2.5 percent equity in his company. In front of the sharks he valued his company at Rs 40 crore.
Bhagat stated that his companys revenue was Rs 1.6 crore and is expected to reach Rs 3 crore in the fiscal year 2024-25.
Several media outlets covered his success story. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also praised him for representing the essence of the Make in India campaign.
