Now mutual fund money can be easily redeemed through UPI. For this you will not have to wait much time. Fintech platform Curie Money has launched a first-of-its-kind investment experience in India in collaboration with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC). Which will integrate liquid mutual fund, instant redemption and UPI payment with each other. This integration helps investors earn stable returns while maintaining instant access to their money, without any lock-ins or penalties.
Liquid mutual funds have emerged as a preferred option for investors looking for stable, low-risk returns. As a subcategory of debt mutual funds, they invest primarily in government bonds, treasury bills and other short-term securities, providing a safe alternative to traditional savings accounts and less affected by stock market volatility.
The biggest feature of these funds is instant redemption, which enables investors to withdraw money directly into their bank accounts. Currently, investors can redeem up to 90 per cent of their invested amount through this facility, with a maximum limit of Rs 50,000 per day. With this partnership, Curie Money has integrated ICICI Prudential AMC's liquid funds with UPI-based instant redemption, creating a seamless experience for users.
Investors can now let their money grow into liquid funds and instantly use it for UPI transactions, effectively bridging the gap between saving and spending. This collaboration marks a significant leap in India's digital finance ecosystem, offering users a better and more flexible way of managing short-term funds, combining the growth potential of mutual funds with the liquidity of cash.
