Phonthakon Phongpakdee, 31, a motorcycle taxi driver, said he saw the couple around 2 p.m. on Tuesday while waiting for customers across from the condo, according to Bangkok Post. He confirmed that he and many others, both Thai and foreign, could clearly see what the couple was doing on the outside balcony that afternoon.

“It shocked everyone around. People turned to look and recorded videos, but the couple seemed completely unbothered by onlookers,” Khaosod reported.

Phonthakon called on authorities to investigate and issue warnings against such behavior to prevent future incidents. “Pattaya is an international tourist destination, but we don’t want some tourists to misunderstand that they can do anything they want here,” he told Khaosod.

This incident follows another viral case involving a 23-year-old Russian man and a Thai woman engaging in sexual activity in the back of a pickup truck driving through Phuket last month. Authorities arrested both individuals and the driver.

The Russian man claimed he was creating content for social media but was still arrested.

Phuket authorities charged the man with committing obscene acts in public and violating the Computer Crimes Act for uploading explicit content online. They revoked his visa, placed him on a blacklist barring re-entry, and will deport him once court proceedings conclude.
