Halloween is a time for costumes, pumpkins, and spooky excitement. For parents of young children, traditional horror movies can be too frightening. Luckily, there are plenty of animated and family-friendly films that capture the spirit of Halloween. These movies offer thrills, laughs, and heartwarming stories, making them ideal for cozy family movie nights.

Coco – Set during the Day of the Dead, Coco follows Miguel, a young boy who dreams of being a musician despite his family’s ban on music. Miguel travels to the Land of the Dead, where he meets a mischievous trickster named Héctor and uncovers his family’s history.

Pumpkin

It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown – In this 1966 classic, Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus, and Lucy celebrate Halloween. Linus waits in a pumpkin patch for the legendary Great Pumpkin, Snoopy imagines himself as the Red Baron, and Charlie Brown prepares for a party.
