Two Muslim girls have made a serious allegation in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. She says that an exhibition was going on in the college, but she was not allowed inside because she was wearing a burqa. Both the girls had come from outside and wanted to participate in this event. But the college administration stopped her and put a condition of removing her burqa.

The girls allege that the administration refused them entry on the pretext of security. Both of them clearly refused to take off the burqa and returned from there. This incident has created a lot of uproar. At the same time, clarification has come from the college that these girls were not students here and according to the rules of the college, showing religious identity inside is prohibited.

Ismail National Women’s Degree College case

This entire incident took place at Ismail National Women’s Degree College located in Budhana Gate area of ​​Meerut. An exhibition was organized here on Friday. Two Muslim girls came wearing burqa to participate in this event. But he was stopped at the gate itself.

The college administration cited security reasons. Let us tell you that like every year before Diwali, this time too an exhibition was organized here. Munira and Ayesha, residents of Shahpeer Gate, Meerut, had come to set up a jewelery stall. But he was not allowed inside. The girls told that some other girls took off their burqas and went inside, but they could not do so.

College Chief Proctor Deepti Kaushik gave her clarification on this. He said that both the girls had come from outside and were stopped due to security reasons. There are some college rules which everyone has to follow. Here all the girl students are equal. We do not want anyone to show religious identity as to who belongs to which religion. Everyone is equal here.
