One person died due to eating too many eggs in Uttar Pradesh

A strange incident happened in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, where a person accepted the condition given as a joke. The condition was that the person who eats more eggs at one go will get Rs 2000. One person accepted this condition and started eating eggs. But as he was eating the 43rd egg, he became unconscious and was immediately taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, he died during the investigation. This incident highlights the dangers of eating excessive amounts of eggs.

What should be the correct amount of eggs?

Eating 1 to 2 eggs a day is considered sufficient and safe for healthy and normal people. People doing bodybuilding or with high protein needs can eat 3 – 4 eggs occasionally. Eating eggs boiled, poached or lightly fried is considered more beneficial. At the same time, eating eggs fried in too much oil can have adverse effects on health.
