New Delhi: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has clarified recent rumors that fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi will replace wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan as ODI captain. The board stated that no final decision has yet been made regarding the ODI captaincy for the upcoming home series against South Africa. Official Statement from the Board A PCB spokesperson stated that head coach Mike Hesson has written an official letter to PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi recommending a joint meeting of the selection committee and advisory committee to decide the captaincy.
