If a child chants 'Om' for 3 to 5 minutes every morning or night, then his mind starts becoming stable. Pronunciation of Om teaches him to control emotions like anger, fear, and restlessness. Make the child pronounce the word Om every day before sending him to school. Teach the child to concentrate on his breathing while saying 'Om'.
