Chutney is eaten with rice bread, chapati, rice etc. Due to changes in the environment, health deteriorates. The soup is drunk to relieve a cold, cough or sore throat. The soup made using ginger and garlic tastes very good. Today we are going to share with you an easy recipe for making garlic chutney that is made in Kathiawar region of Gujarat. Red chutney is famous in Gujarat. Garlic chutney is very tasty with bread, paratha or even a simple meal. Curd is used in making this chutney. Materials:

  • Garlic
  • curd
  • Red chillies
  • cumin
  • salt
  • water

Action:

  • To make garlic chutney first, peel the garlic cloves. Then grind the garlic cloves and cumin seeds finely in a bowl.
  • Make a thin paste of garlic. Do not add any water or any other substance to it.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and saute till it turns red. Then add salt to taste.
  • Make a paste by adding red chillies and little water in a bowl. Add the prepared paste to the garlic mixture and mix.
  • After the oil leaves the chutney, add two spoons of curd and mix well. Do not switch off the gas until the water in the curd is completely evaporated.
  • After the chutney is cooked properly, the oil will release from the chutney. Easy garlic chutney is ready.
